The Thunder’s big three were hot all night and combined for 49 points. Russell Westbrook nearly had another triple double with 12 points, 9 assists and 10 rebounds. The surprise offensive performance of the game was Jerami Grant, who had 17 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists.

Thunder defense holds hot Bucks’ offense

The only Buck to score double digits was Giannis Antetokounmpo. The two next highest scoring players had only nine points. The Thunder defense also never allowed the Bucks to be close in the game, as the Bucks struggled to get anything working. The Bucks shot only 40 percent in the first half.

Rebounding

The Thunder controlled rebounds heavily during the game. They ended the night with 15 more rebounds. The leader in this stat tonight was Steven Adams with 11. This led to the Thunder having an influx of chances at offense. This prevented the Bucks from having as many offensive chances as they are used to.
