Tony Allen had a usual week, being a monster on the glass, averaging nine points and 6.5 rebounds per game. Allen’s defensive prowess came in handy as the Grizzlies had to use strong defense in the fourth quarter to hold off the San Antonio Spurs. David Fizdale rested Allen in a loss to the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday night.
