Russell Westbrook had his 22nd triple-double of the season with 38 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Westbrook tied Larry Bird for fifth in all-time career triple-doubles with 59. Westbrook also hit the game-winning shot with 1.4 seconds left. Westbrook went through a period where he missed 13 straight shots, but he ended the game making 4-of-6.

Thunder have another strong fourth quarter

The Thunder outscored the Jazz 30-23 in the fourth. Utah’s Gordon Hayward tied the game at 95 on a 3-pointer with 10 seconds left before Westbrook’s game-winner. The Thunder played well in crunch time again as they have all season.

Big game for standings

Utah (29-17) leads Oklahoma City (26-19) by 2.5 games after its loss Monday night. OKC has won the Northwest Division in five of the past six seasons, but Utah is looking to take the crown. The teams have two games left against each other, with both games in OKC.
